We are a Danish family consisting of two adults and two children living in Brussels, Belgium. We're a little obsessed - some would say a lot - with mid-century Danish design. However, our kids don't always think teak and rosewood beats plastic.
We think it's absolutely stunning here and with only a 45-minute drive to Copenhagen, the rich, beautiful nature. There are few places where there are such great opportunities for artistic experiences. It's not far to the Louisiana Museum, Kronborg Castle and combined with the many nature experiences. Wide sandy beaches. Hornbæk town also has a large selection of small local shops and restaurants where you can pick up your breakfast or go for a nice little walk.
