Restored studio house on the edge of Bohlingen

We've carefully renovated this studio from an old barn that once housed a goat pen, a grain loft, and a hayloft. Wood, stone, and glass define the character of the house, which blends tradition and modernity. You'll have a separate entrance, and we've soundproofed the walls—you'll have your own private retreat on the quiet outskirts of Bohlingen.

The studio on the ground floor offers a pleasant retreat that, while compact, doesn't skimp on comfort. The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a small selection of chocolate for you, round out the accommodation.

Outside the studio, a small bistro table in the outdoor area invites you to sit down. The accommodation offers a view of the courtyard of the renovated complex. Its quiet, secluded location on the outskirts of town makes the outdoor area a pleasant spot for a cup of coffee in the morning.

The area around the Schienerberg's perfect for walking and cycling. Discover the Bohlinger Gorge, follow the Albertinen Trail, or explore the castle hiking trails. Well-maintained cycle paths lead to Lake Constance and along the Rhine to Schaffhausen, Stein am Rhein, and Konstanz. Golf courses, Mainau Island, and Reichenau Island—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—are also wonderful destinations for day trips.
