In this tiny house, you will find your own little oasis in the middle of a quiet garden in Chiemgau. With a compact floor plan, the 17.5 m² cottage combines all the important living areas – perfect for two people who want peace and quiet and four walls all to themselves.
Lots of windows create a bright, friendly atmosphere. The small kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the cozy sitting area. The sleeping area with a 1.60 m double bed is separated from the living area by a bathroom and toilet.
The private terrace extends the space outdoors and invites you to relax. Facing north, it offers a pleasant retreat on warm days. The surrounding garden creates a peaceful, natural atmosphere.
As part of our guest house, the Tiny House is located on the property, which you can share with other guests while maintaining your privacy.
The Chiemgau region awaits you with mountains and lakes. Pack your backpack and explore the wonderful nature – from spring to winter. Stop off at alpine huts, inns, and beer gardens to enjoy refreshing drinks, snack platters, or Kaiserschmarrn.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
