We are a family who live in an apartment in central Copenhagen. We love to relax and enjoy the atmosphere in our summer house, potter around in the garden, and cook good food. We also enjoy taking long walks in the beautiful countryside, which is absolutely fantastic with both the forest and the beach so close by. We have a rule here in the house: in the summer, every day begins with a morning dip in the wonderful sea, followed by a shower under the outdoor shower and then a nice cup of coffee on the terrace. We often go to the flea market, and a couple of times during the season we drive very early in the morning to Odden Harbor and buy lobsters directly from a small cutter. We also shop at the many good farm shops in our area. There are also several places to eat, such as Dragsholm Castle, Lillero, and Birkemosegård with pop-up restaurants.
