Here you’ll stay in an architect-designed log cabin where natural materials and smart design create a unique indoor atmosphere. Large windows offer a 270-degree view and bring nature right into the living room, while solar panels and solar collectors provide eco-friendly heating for the slate floor in the basement.

An open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and fireplace lets you spend time together while cooking and relaxing. Two of the bedrooms feature lofts where the youngest members of the family can find their own little corner, perhaps gazing up at the starry sky through the skylight. In the basement, you’ll find a separate TV room.

Outside, you have a private terrace, secluded from the neighbors, with a beautiful view of Myllavannet. Here you can grill on the four-burner gas grill and enjoy the evening sun. The garden is still under development.

Go swimming in Myllavannet, just 300 meters away, and hike in the forest along marked trails. In winter, you can walk straight out onto the ice to the Skiforeningens trail network, and in summer, you can bike into Nordmarka or take a day trip to Hadeland Glassverk and the Kistefos Museum with its iconic “the Twist.”
