my name is Marijn Rolleman. I'm 34 years old, from the Netherlands and currently living on an island in Denmark. I love water (sports), dancing, music, learning, dialogs and being out in nature. I am in the last phase of renovating a 200 year old farmhouse and trying a healthy lifestyle while learning about Scandinavia.

This year I started 'Waterflow'. A business concept that offers digital detox weekends at ALS by participating in boating activities. With Waterflow I want to give people the opportunity to explore nature, connect with themselves and each other and have fun. The overall mission is to promote human well-being by being offline and surrounded by the elements of nature.

The dream for my beautiful old cottage in Sydals is to create a peaceful and calm place that exudes good energy and harmony where guests can explore nature.

There are several lovely beaches just a 15-minute bike ride from the cottage, for example Mommark, Kerneland and Gammel Pol. You can also go for a walk in Nørreskoven and visit Høruphav Harbor, or to see the stars at night.
