Comfort and Nature: Impressive Estate in a Secluded Location

What was once used as a large farmhouse is now an incomparable vacation home in a secluded location in the middle of a 10,000 m² private park. The old thatched house impresses with its spacious rooms and high-quality facilities. Only the preserved ceiling beams and the partly antique details give here still information about the history of the building.

The large living area can be used in many ways to relax or work together. With over 150 square meters of space, it houses a total of two cozy sofa corners, a fireplace with library, as well as a study and dining area with access to the south terrace. A fully equipped country-style kitchen also provides everything needed for a cozy evening of cooking in company. The focal point of the room is the large dining table, which can seat up to 12 people.

With a total of 6 rooms, the house offers various sleeping options. Two of them are located on the first floor with access to the bathroom as well as the sun terrace. Adjacent to the garden is a third bedroom. When you open the windows in the morning, you immediately feel like you are in the middle of a forest - the presence of deer, the knocking of the woodpecker or even a visit to the horses in the adjacent paddock will completely immerse you in nature. Upstairs you will find two more spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a bright gallery with another double bed.

The area around Wingst offers countless opportunities for recreation seekers, sports enthusiasts and adventurers. Horseback riding, playing tennis, hiking, water skiing and cycling are just a few of the many activities you can indulge in here. A few minutes away by car you can hike through the mud flats or relax on the sandy beach in Cuxhaven.
