The history of our summer house dates back to 1934, when our great-grandparents bought the original cottage from a coffee wholesaler. In 2021, we built a new house and took great care to recreate the cottage with respect for its original spirit and historical charm.
One of my favorite things is standing on the terrace in the morning with a steaming cup of coffee, watching the sun rise over the Kattegat and observing the pleasure boats passing by on the horizon.
On summer days, we love swimming at the beach, which is just a stone's throw from the cottage. The beach is nice and quiet and child-friendly.

The vacation home is very cozy and well equipped. The terrace is sunny, and the kitchen, living, and dining areas are bright and welcoming. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor. The dunes, beach, and sea are very close by. Just a few steps from the property, a path leads to the dunes. The natural surroundings are ideal for beautiful walks. The harbor with the Kattegatcenteret (aquarium) is only a ten-minute walk away. The shed contains various items for a beach vacation, which we were able to use. The SUP board was especially great. A grill is also available.
The landlords are very nice and always responded quickly and helpfully to questions. We had a very nice family summer vacation!
