In the garden, you'll find a large walnut tree, lovely fruit trees and maybe a small squirrel if you're lucky. You can enjoy the warm summer days on the secluded terrace behind the house. We are Dorthe and Niels. We both enjoy spending time with our family and friends. We are curious and like to travel both in Denmark and abroad with our four children. Throughout our travels, we have encountered great hospitality, and we look forward to passing it on to our guests here.
Our holiday home is our sanctuary. It's really peaceful and offers great opportunities to get close to nature. Even though we live on Mols and only have a 20-minute drive to the cottage, cottage life for us is all about simplicity. Here, everything is a little more straightforward and manageable. Here we relax, love the outdoor life and nature and go for long walks.
Down along the water there is a good walk to Øhovedet, and there are paths along the edge of the dune towards Skødshoved, where there is both the most beautiful view of the water and also forest, scrub and open fields. When we stand on top of the dune and look all the way around Aarhus Bay, the calmness falls over us.
