Hi, we are a big family; me and Anne, as well as our three adult children; Kiki, Ole, and Stian + five lovely grandchildren. We live in "Tegnebua" down by the pier, while the rest of the family can enjoy plenty of space in the main house "Knatten". There are many sheltered patios around the house that are used differently, depending on the sun and wind direction. We love barbecuing on the terrace by the kitchen and playing table tennis outdoors in the evenings. For the little ones, there's also a sandpit and a nice little playroom in the garden. There is a nice jetty near the cottage from which you can swim, but it is not allowed to sunbathe and/or stay there for a longer period of time.
Lyngør consists of several small islands, so to get around you need to be able to sail a boat. We have a small boat that you can borrow on request. However, it is a requirement that one of you has knowledge of sailing a boat. Otherwise there is a scheduled boat from Gjeving.
