Six houses by the lake near Berlin

Six houses spread across a sprawling lakeside property: the main house and five individual lodges together create a place reminiscent of a small village. Close to Berlin, yet you’ll spend your days by crystal-clear water, wake up to the chirping of birds, and hear the stream murmuring.

The main house features a large communal kitchen where everyone can gather. Each lodge is uniquely designed; no two are alike. There are also two docks, a yoga platform, a sauna, and a garden. Everything has been carefully restored.

The property is nestled in the heart of a biotope—wildly serene and teeming with life. A stream flows through, and animals come and go. Numerous spots invite you to gather or retreat. Those seeking more nature will find forests and lakes perfect for long walks and hikes.

In the evenings, there are great places to eat in the area. During the day, there’s always something to observe, discover, or simply enjoy in peace on the grounds. Here, company and silence go hand in hand.
