If you're ready for a unique experience in the scenic Vetlefjord, then we have the cabin for you. This special cabin of just 28sqm was designed by architect Helge Hjertholm in the late 70s. The cabin invites you to relax in quiet and sunny surroundings, just 20 minutes from Balestrand.
Inside, the cabin is neat and tidy. Everything is gathered in one room, creating an airy atmosphere with lots of light. Curtains by the beds allow you to choose how private you want to be. With a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, 2 double beds of 120cm and 1 single bed, there's enough space for everyone to find their own little corner.
On the exterior part of the cabin, you can really enjoy nature. With the fjord and mountains as your closest neighbors, it's easy to forget all the stress and just be present. Just 50 meters away is a great swimming spot and if you're lucky you can catch your own dinner in the fjord.
The area around the cabin is perfect for both relaxation and activities. Here you can swim, sunbathe, barbecue and play all day long. Or you can go for walks in the woods and pick berries, or try your luck fishing by the fjord.

Hi, we're a family of five who love spending time in our little cabin in the Vetlefjord. Our boys enjoy both daytime adventures and relaxing evenings. In this cabin we found just the perfect combination. This little cabin has everything we wanted: closeness to each other, the simple life and a fantastic view. Being so close to the fjord makes it even more special. As an architect, I really appreciate all the details of this beautiful place.
