The open-plan layout includes two separate lounges, including a cozy TV room with library and a second lounge with pool table. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with its reception island, complemented by six air-conditioned bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms and an infrared sauna.
The outdoor area is an entertainer's paradise, with an 8 x 4 m heated swimming pool, numerous terraces and a barbecue area. In the evening, atmospheric lighting under the thatched parasol and illuminated olive trees transforms the courtyard into a magical place, offering panoramic views over the rooftops of Villedaigne.
From the Roman heritage of nearby Narbonne to the sandy beaches of Gruissan, the area offers countless opportunities for exploration. Cycle through vineyards along the Canal du Midi, watch flamingos at Peyriac de Mer or visit the medieval fortress of Carcassonne. The region's renowned wineries and beach clubs are perfect stops for food and wine lovers.
