The host has focused on creating a cabin with large rooms and plenty of light. The cabin is airy, with large panoramic windows that let in beautiful light. Note in particular the windows above the kitchen and the sofa corner, which give you a glimpse of the tall treetops outside the cabin. The cabin has a relaxing atmosphere with warm wooden materials, cozy textiles, rain shower and fantastic mountain views from the bed.
In winter, those who wish can head to Norefjell to get their adrenaline pumping on the many alpine slopes. Tempelseter Ski Center is even closer to the cabin, and offers a small alpine slope and a cozy café you can visit afterwards. Take a short trip to Åsfossen waterfall and relax while listening to the sound of the waterfall rushing down the mountainside. Climb Drotninggutunatten in the summer, enjoy the stunning views over the valley and hike up the mountain to a beautiful bathing lake.

My name is Tony, and I'm a creative soul from Oslo who owns this fantastic cabin in Eggedal. My cabin was designed by Norwegian Kim Lenschow, and was completed in 2021. For me, the cabin is very special, with a fantastic location, unique architecture and everything I need to enjoy the mountains.
The best thing about being at the cabin is that I can enjoy the nearby ski slopes and the ski trails around the cabin. When I'm at the cabin, I like to go to the spa at Norefjell Ski and Spa, or enjoy a good meal in the restaurant. In the middle of the Norefjell Ski Center alpine trail, I also like to enjoy a freshly baked pizza straight from the pizza oven at Olympique.
I rent the entire cabin with room for 6/7 guests, which you can book on my other Landfolk profile.
