We are the Byskov family. We bought our holiday home with the desire to have a sanctuary - close to the sea, the harbor, the city and the fjord.

We enjoy long walks along the sea, swimming at the safe coastline with lifelines and lifeguards. We enjoy life in Thyborøn town and its opportunities. We like to use Wærket, which is an activity center with a gym, water park, steam bath, sauna, hall and cafe, and we also take advantage of the opportunities for surfing.

Even the house creates a setting for good times. We enjoy the patio overlooking the first row of dunes and the covered terrace where you can relax and eat in cozy surroundings.

We love to cook in the kitchen, which we have renovated with respect for the existing materials, and enjoy moments together in the bright dining room.

The living room, with its homely decor, offers the opportunity for relaxation and the bedrooms are decorated in materials that invite peace and a good night's sleep.

The house has been overhauled with recycling and upcycling in mind, so as many things as possible have had a previous life - and perhaps a previous function before it is where it is now.
