Live in rustic idyll within 'Lærkehuset'

Just where the road turns into a bay lies Lærkehuset, a pocket of peace and rural idyll in Sydals. Here you'll live among vast fields and flowering meadows in an area of Denmark surrounded by water on almost all sides. The nearest beach can be reached with a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage, and here you'll be lucky to have it all almost to yourself for an undisturbed morning or evening dip.

The cottage is from 1962 and part of the charming 60s spirit of the house is preserved in the fine details from that time. The kitchen exudes retro nostalgia and has been given a nice modern counterpoint of soft shades of brown and beige and a touch of bonderomanticism in the decor. The whole house invites you to relax, whether it's in a soft chair in a corner with a good book and a cup of tea, on a blanket on the lawn or for a cozy meal with chat and tall tales around the plank table.

When you step outside for an evening stroll or sit with a glass of wine in a ray of sunshine in the garden, you're instantly in nature with the scent of flowers and foliage in your nose, a warm breeze around you, a view of fields and grazing cattle and the soothing sound of buzzing insects and silence.

The owner of the cottage also has a house further down the road, so there's plenty of opportunity for couples or families to vacation together in separate houses.
