Cozy cabin close to lake and forest

You’ll stay in one of two cottages on the property, surrounded by woods and tranquility. Large windows offer views of the clearing, and you’ll have a lovely, large bed to relax in. The outdoor living area (April–October) invites you to enjoy peaceful moments, while the kitchenette and charcoal grill on the patio make it easy to prepare meals. Please note that the host family lives on the same property, and the houses are located close to each other.

Inside, there’s plenty of space to gather, and several seating areas both indoors and outdoors let you enjoy the surroundings. An outdoor toilet and shower under the tree canopy provide an authentic feel, and you’ll need to fill the water jugs yourself.

The property offers peace and quiet, with the forest right outside your door. You’ll have access to several seating areas where you can relax and listen to the birds singing.

Bertstjärn, a small lake with a dock, is just a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The water is clean and perfect for a swim. Around the corner from the house are beautiful trails where you can pick berries and mushrooms. The neighboring farm has a café on weekends (April–September) and a small farm stand with seasonal eggs, vegetables, and fruit.
