Two terraces and two balconies in front of and behind the house invite you to linger. The flower meadow right outside the door entices with wild herbs and colorful insect-attracting flowers. A lockable shed for bicycles and a private parking spot are also included.

The nature reserve begins right behind your garden gate—in summer, cattle or alpacas sometimes graze here, and in winter, the meadow transforms into a skiing and sledding paradise with lifts and a ski school.
