You will have an exclusive two-story penthouse with panoramic views of the mountains and the ski center. A conveyor belt is located right outside the door, which takes you to the ski slope when there is snow, and the area is perfect for children and sledding with a good view from the apartment. With spacious ceilings up to six meters high and room for eleven people, this is the perfect base for an active mountain experience.

Scandinavian design, warm materials, and custom-built solutions characterize the entire apartment. Multiple zones allow you to gather in the living room with a gas fireplace and Samsung Frame TV, or retreat for privacy. Four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Water-based underfloor heating in the common areas and panel heaters in all bedrooms.

Twelve-square-meter terrace with Adirondack chairs and double sofa offers excellent sun exposure and views of the ski center. Two covered parking spaces and large outdoor storage room for skis and bicycles. Large entrance hall with plenty of space for storing jackets, helmets, and shoes.

The conveyor belt is only about 50 meters from the front door. On the way there, you cross a quiet road, so you take off your skis for a moment before putting them back on again on the other side. The transport stage runs gently downhill towards the alpine slope, making the trip easy and comfortable – also on the way home. In total, it takes less than ten minutes from the apartment to the slope via the conveyor belt.

You are within walking distance of Hemsedal Ski Center, cross-country trails, and restaurants. Skarsnuten Mountain Restaurant offers fantastic food and spectacular views, while Fýri Resort has a pool, sauna, and spa. Hemsedal Flatbread Bakery serves fresh baked goods and local flavors, and Hydnefossen is a great destination all year round.
