In the wild natural area between Tisvilde Hegn and Asserbo Plantage lies a lovely family holiday home, which through continuous renovations and extensions has developed into the unique house it is today. If you come in autumn, you can enjoy the beautiful warm colors of the forest, while in summer you can enjoy the sun in the garden. Whatever the season, this house is a place to relax and enjoy gatherings with friends and family.
In the fall, fire up the wood-burning stove in front of the exposed brick wall, sit in a chair in front of the fire and read a book. You can also curl up on the sofa under the blankets and watch a series together. You can start your mornings with a good cup of coffee while looking out at the beautiful old trees surrounding the garden and the deer quietly eating blueberries. The three bedrooms in the house have separate entrances, so teenagers can enjoy some privacy.
Even in the fall, you can stay outdoors on the covered terrace and enjoy wine and good conversation late into the night. You can also enjoy a game of paddle tennis on the grass, as both bats and balls are available in the house. Your four-legged friend, if you have one, can also explore the many corners of the garden.
When you leave the grounds, you'll head straight into Tisvilde Hegn. In the house you'll find four bikes that you can take out on some of the great mountain biking routes in the area. Some of the best beaches in Denmark are also just a short bike ride away. If you cycle through the plantation, you can get to Liseleje in twenty minutes. Here you can enjoy a good burger at Maku or join a yoga class on the beach in the summer. If there's snow in the winter, you can also find a good cross-country skiing area in the forest by the house.

- Direct access from the plot to nature in Tisvilde Hegn and Asserbo Plantage

- Enjoy your coffee in the cozy living room, in front of the wood stove
Our names are Susanne and Kim, and we took over the house from Kim's parents, who bought the land in 1949. That's why we have a special relationship with the place. We love the plantation and cycling through the area to the beach. We also like to pass the time playing ball games in the garden and enjoying the grounds with the old trees. We often go to the flea market in Tisvilde on Saturday mornings, where you can really make some good finds, or play golf at Asserbo Golf Course, where there is a beautiful view of Arresø.
