Gather the large family in the mountain farm at Lake Savalen

All around you, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the high mountains and embark on both short and long hikes, where small farms are located in places where 'no one would think anyone could live', with grazing cows and sheep that truly define the Norwegian summer mountains. A short walk away is the lake Savalen, where you can pick up a fishing rod or sit on the cabin's jetty and just enjoy the view. In summer, you can also experience nature from the water in the cabin's rowing boat.

When you return home, the barn is the natural gathering place for the evening's cooking and dinner. Cozy up together around the long table while the fireplace crackles. Outside the barn, you can sit together in the covered nook, which is perfect for your morning coffee on frosty winter mornings or long, bright summer evenings.
