Charming tiny house in Sønderho

This lovely little house in Sønderho is the perfect getaway for two or the perfect retreat for those who need to recharge, enjoy the unique Wadden Sea, walk on the beautiful dune heath, look for chanterelles in the dune plantation, collect saltwort on the beach or just have peace to work alone.

The house is simply decorated in blue-green colors and consists of an open space with high ceilings and a separate shower room with beautiful brown natural tiles on the floor. There is comfortable underfloor heating throughout so the house can be used all year round. The interior is made of light natural materials and the many mullioned windows let in natural light, making the small house feel light and bright. The open kitchen has a small fridge and a couple of hotplates, but no oven. Two barn doors can be half-opened to let nature and views in around the blue-painted wooden table. From here you can look out to the terrace to the east, the area's thatched roofs and the grounds' rosehip bushes. Two bunks serve as both sofa and beds and are bathed in evening sunlight through the beautiful renovated mullioned windows. To the south, there is a beautiful glass section and a view from the south-facing terrace and further up to one of Sønderho's landmarks, the sea mark "Æ Kåwer",

The house is located in peace and quiet with a view of the dunes but still within the city zone, so shopping and the city's vibrant music life and cultural offerings can be reached on foot or by bike. Fanø's varied Wadden Sea nature is just around the corner, and there are bicycles in the garage so you can quickly be on the beach, in the dune plantation, in the farm shop for fresh eggs or on a trip to one of the island's two 'birdhouses'.
