The Villa is part of our family-run estate, a Mallorcan property that has been in the same family for generations. It features separate entrance, complete privacy, and is surrounded by nature and history.

The interior has been completely renovated with a contemporary design that combines natural materials and modern amenities. It features three air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a private pool where you can soak up the tranquility of the Mallorcan countryside.

You have access to all the agritourism facilities: two additional pools, a private forest with hiking trails, a playground, and a bike station. Daily cleaning and breakfast every morning from the village bakery.

Sa Pobla is in the heart of northern Mallorca, ten minutes from S'Albufera, fifteen from Alcúdia, and less than half an hour from Pollença. Nearby you’ll find crystal-clear coves like Cala Sant Vicenç, the village’s Sunday market, and bike routes through the agricultural plains.
