Provençal mas, Provence & Ardèche

This renovated 380 m² Provençal farmhouse accommodates up to 14 people in its spacious indoor and outdoor areas. The converted 60 m² barn, with its high ceilings and large arched window opening onto the terrace and pool, is the heart of the home. Here you’ll find inviting common areas as well as more intimate nooks for everyone.

The farmhouse features six spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique character. The garden bedroom on the ground floor, inspired by Mediterranean and bohemian design, stands out for its handcrafted zellige tile details, its bathroom with a double shower, and its large floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the terrace. A second living room with a 77-inch Smart TV and soundbar rounds out the living spaces.

Some 200 m² of travertine terraces extend around a 9 × 4 m private pool, lined with sun loungers. The Mediterranean garden's planted with olive trees, cypresses, magnolias and palm trees. You can prepare your meals in the pool house's outdoor kitchen, gather around the large table or cook over the fire pit.

The village and its shops are a five-minute walk away. Orange and its ancient theatre are 15 minutes away, the Uchaux vineyards are 10 minutes away, and wine-growing villages such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape are about 30 minutes away. The Ardèche Gorges are about 20 minutes away. Avignon's 30–40 minutes away.
