A modernized property that has retained the charm of the old. From almost everywhere in the house you have a view of the enchanting nature of the Nordwestuckermark. The view from the high seat at the edge of the property is particularly beautiful: with a drink of your choice, you can follow the course of nature from here and completely surrender to relaxation.

The extensive grounds offer 10,000 m² of relaxation. The garden and terrace invite you to linger with their many seating options. The patio door leads into the open-plan living and dining area. A fire crackles in the glazed corner fireplace, which you can enjoy from the sofa or dining table. The heart of the first floor is the former black kitchen: the traditional style has been preserved, but today, thanks to modern equipment, it presents itself as a paradise for chefs. The coziness of the house is reminiscent of an English cottage with exotic influences - much of the furniture comes from Sri Lanka.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, whose exposed ceiling beams give them a particularly cozy old-house charm. The surrounding area offers a wealth of excursion options: Try your hand at stand-up paddling or explore the great cycle paths and forest trails nearby.
