Cottage with panoramic views over Tunhovdfjorden

This cabin is a traditional Halling-style farmstead with a ski shed surrounding it and views of the Tunhovdfjord and Hallingskarvet. As you walk through the door, the room opens up—and the view hits you right away. In the winter, you can put on your skis right outside, and in the summer, trails through the forest and across the open plains await.

The cabin spans two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a closet, and space for eight guests. The heart of the home is the panoramic living room with large windows, a sofa set, and a dining area all in one open space. From here, you can step out onto the terrace. On the loft level, you’ll find a spacious TV room—perfect for children and teenagers. Please note that the ceiling height on the loft level is 189 cm.

Outside the cabin, a classic ski shed frames the yard. From the terrace, you can further enjoy the view of the fjord. An outdoor storage shed by the entrance is reserved for the owner and is not accessible to guests.

Langedrag Nature Park is less than ten minutes away by car and offers close encounters with moose, reindeer, Fjord horses, and endangered species such as wolves and Arctic foxes. Camp Uvdal is about 35 minutes away and offers fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and soccer golf. If you’re looking for more excitement, Dagali—with rafting and snowmobiling—is a 45-minute drive away.
