Holiday cottage on the North Sea Trail with forest

A house with a folk high school vibe from ’78, nestled in the middle of the forest, where the wood-burning stove's the centrepiece and the record collection's waiting to be played. Here you’ll find peace among the treetops and a pace that’s deliberately slowed down.

The house features a simple and relaxed interior where you can settle in front of the wood-burning stove and chat for hours. The record player sets the stage for long evenings of music and a leisurely game of crossword puzzles.

The patio's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while the birds sing. Here, you can peel potatoes in the summer heat or simply sit and let the day unfold at its own pace. The house nestles among the treetops, providing a natural setting.

The house sits right on the Nordsøstien trail, with several walking trails nearby. You can explore Helberskov, one of the country’s last fortified towns with a fascinating history, or head toward ALS Odde, where Mariager Fjord flows into the Kattegat. Lille Vildmose and Rebild Bakker are also nearby.
