Step into the villa, a meticulously restored 14th-century barn where historic charm meets contemporary comfort. This hilltop retreat offers panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, featuring unique architectural details like 2,500 vintage Graniglia tiles that tell their own story of craftsmanship and history.
The interior seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, showcasing three en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and an open-plan living space. The curated furniture collection spans from the 1940s to the 1990s, creating an atmosphere that's both sophisticated and welcoming, while massive stone openings connect indoor and outdoor living.
The garden flows naturally into the surrounding landscape, centered around a striking swimming pool designed to resemble a traditional animal drinking trough. This thoughtful outdoor space provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxation, maintaining its cool atmosphere even during warm Tuscan summers.
You're ideally positioned to experience the best of Tuscany, with Florence, Siena, and Arezzo all within easy reach. Locally, discover Europe's largest rosary garden, visit artisanal workshops, and explore the world's first Slow Food farmers' market. The nearby award-winning gelateria offers unique flavors that capture the essence of local ingredients.

I'm Gabriela, an architect-turned-designer with a passion for creating beautiful spaces. My journey has taken me from Poland to London, and finally to Tuscany, where I've found my true calling. Together with my daughter, we carefully designed the villa to reflect our love for both traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort. When I'm not tending to our honey bees, I'm constantly finding new ways to enhance our guests' experience.
