The estate covers an area of 160 hectares (20 of which are vineyards) and was once home to monks from the nearby abbey. The 10 guest apartments are located both in the historic villa dating back to the 1200s (3 apartments) with its characteristic crenellated tower, and in the main building, once the farmer’s house (7 apartments).

A separate building houses the modern wine production cellars, where you can also purchase DOC wines produced in small quantities, as well as the current farmer’s quarters. The central location and proximity to major transportation routes are ideal for those wishing to combine a countryside vacation with visits to various destinations in Tuscany.

Terracotta floors, fireplaces, and traditional furnishings blend perfectly with modern comforts. Located in the Badia’s historic cellar is the restaurant where, on select evenings each week, you can enjoy traditional Tuscan dishes, with the option of guided tastings of wines produced by the farm.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building (the former farmhouse) with direct access to the veranda, which features shared common areas. Simply furnished in Tuscan style, it consists of: an entrance leading to a spacious living/dining/kitchen area (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster) in a single open space with two sofa beds, 1 semi-enclosed double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower stall and toilet.

The farmhouse is surrounded by expansive green spaces featuring areas equipped with barbecues, the "pinetum," a forest with redwoods, playgrounds for children, and a 12x7-meter saltwater-treated swimming pool with a depth of 1.35 meters.
