Dierhaus between coastal forest & sea in Dierhagen

On the edge of the historic summer cottage settlement of Neuhaus lies the Dierhaus – a stylishly renovated vacation home on the Fischland peninsula dating from the 1970s, nestled in a natural garden with secluded terraces and wild flower beds. Here you can relax among pine trees and listen to the sound of the sea.
The house offers space for up to four guests on two floors. Upstairs, you will find two individual bedrooms – one with a carved mango wood bed and morning sun, the other with a soothing forest view. The heart of the house is the living room on the ground floor with a wood-burning stove, panoramic windows, and a handmade dining table. The fully equipped kitchen offers views of the pine forest while you cook.
It's only a six-minute walk through the coastal forest or the settlement to the wide, fine sandy beach – quiet, unspoiled, and special in every season.
Directly behind the garden begins the Rostock Heath – a quiet coastal forest with gnarled pine trees, small clearings, and plenty of space to breathe deeply. Nearby is the protected Dierhäger Moor, a natural habitat with hiking trails. Worthwhile excursions lead to the artists' village of Ahrenshoop and the lighthouse at Darßer Ort.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.

- Experience the garden with its beautiful spots
- Hike along the nature trails in the Dierhäger Moor
Together with my children Lotte and Jasper, I have lovingly renovated this inherited house. We share a passion for aesthetics and nature and would like to share this special place with like-minded people. The house is a family project for us, which we would like to maintain by renting it out.
