On our property, you'll find a holiday home and a holiday flat—surrounded by forests and meadows, where birdsong replaces the sound of traffic. This secluded hamlet offers the perfect setting to take a deep breath and slow down. Here, time simply moves at a slower pace.

The former forester’s house spans 145 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, and a guest restroom. The living and dining area with a wood-burning stove invites you to linger. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bright holiday flat in the adjacent house covers 55 m² and features an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower—ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The spacious garden invites you to explore: old fruit trees, dozens of roses, and countless perennials alternate with natural areas and wild herbs. Here you’ll find peace and privacy while nature unfolds in all its splendour.

Cycling and walking trails start right outside the door. A natural swimming pool and a grocery store are just 5 km away. The Schwarzenfels Castle Ruins, the Steinau Adventure Park and the Devil’s Cave are nearby. In winter, you can reach the ski lifts in the Rhön. Picturesque old towns and a small restaurant serving fresh cuisine round out the experience.
