Our property combines the comfort of a 100 m² apartment with the atmosphere of a genuine Alpine chalet, featuring a private entrance in the heart of Megève. Old wood, natural stone, and soft colors create spaces that are both elegant and relaxing, designed for families and groups of friends.

The ground floor is organized around a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area, and a cozy living room. A ski room at the entrance provides a place to store skis and gear as soon as you return from the slopes. An adjoining utility room houses a wine cellar, a washer, and a dryer.

Upstairs, three bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master suite features a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. The children’s bedroom has two bunk beds and a convertible armchair, and the apartment can accommodate up to ten people.
