Cosy Swedish house on Lake Fryken with fireplace

Welcome to this bright Swedish-style house on Lake Fryken! From the cozy armchair by the fireplace or the sauna (available starting in October 2026), you can enjoy views of the lake, the meadows, and the mountains in the distance. The house accommodates up to four people and combines modern amenities with Swedish coziness.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for four people, as well as a living room with a fireplace. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, which connects directly to the sauna and the large bathroom with a shower and washing machine. An additional restroom is located on the ground floor. Please note that the sauna will not be available until October 2026.

The garden invites you to linger, and firewood for the fireplace is available in the shed. The sunny location provides plenty of natural light and a magnificent view of the surrounding nature of Värmland.

In Sunne, just a 20-minute drive away, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and the Selma Spa Hotel. Värmland offers numerous hiking and canoeing trails, and in winter, the region transforms into a paradise for winter sports. Oslo and Stockholm are easily accessible by train. I sometimes share the house with my cats—this does not affect the cleanliness, but it is a useful note for those with allergies.
