My name is Rasmus, and the summer house Suset was a 40th birthday present from my grandfather to my grandmother. I've been coming here since I was a child, and in 2014 I bought the house from my mother and started renovating it a few years later. It was very important to me to preserve the original look of the house. As we lived abroad for eight years, our beautiful cottage has served as a safe base in Denmark.
When we're here, we like to visit Tegner's Museum or go for walks in the protected moorland landscape, Russia. We can see both the museum and the hills from the terrace. At the end of Strandpromenaden, which starts 150m from the cottage, Hornbæk with its cozy harbor life, shopping, mini golf and delicious restaurants is also always worth a visit.
