Inside, the cabin offers a tranquil atmosphere, with airy rooms and high ceilings. The kitchen and living room have large windows that let in plenty of light and provide a fantastic view of the landscape. Here you can risk sitting and enjoying a long time in the good chairs!
The kitchen invites you to cook good food together and the dining table invites you to long, pleasant moments with good food and drink, conversation and board games. Or you can sink into the sofa corner with a good book, music or podcast.
Right outside the door awaits a world of ski slopes, hiking trails, cycle paths and fantastic trail biking opportunities. In summer you can fish in Mjølsjøen, pick blueberries and lingonberries and perhaps meet the goats at Rømonystra. At the cabin, you can fry waffles or grill sausages in the fire pit, or go for a nice warm moment in the sauna.
In Trysil, you'll find plenty of trail biking opportunities for both beginners and advanced riders. There's also a climbing park, white water rafting, golf, mini golf and more.

We are a family of four with two teenage girls and a dog. The cabin is a family project, built in a place that is familiar and dear to us through many decades. When designing our cabin, it was essential to create a spacious and comfortable home that can accommodate both family and friends. There's plenty of space to gather or find your own peaceful corner. We love to cook and have created a kitchen where you can enjoy both cooking and the view. Without TV, evenings are filled with board games, book reading or knitting, while we enjoy the silence and nature around us.
