In the scenic garden, you'll find a small private lake that attracts lots of wildlife, including insects, deer and foxes. At the end of the garden is a protected nature plot where cows graze in the summer and is otherwise enclosed on all sides with dense vegetation. This means you can go a whole weekend without seeing anyone but each other.

The cottage is located between the beach and the forest, making it ideal for summer days on the beach and walks in the fall. It's also not far to North Zealand's cozy holiday towns, such as Tisvildeleje, Gilleleje or Hornbæk, where you can have a delicious lunch at the harbor, browse local shops or enjoy an ice cream on the beach.
