Sit down in the cozy corner of the family room with lovely sofas and bamboo chairs, or let the kids play in the cozy loft. Gather around the dining table in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy a nice dinner to the sound of the crackling flames, while the modern kitchen offers space for delicious cooking.
Outside, the large lawn invites you to play garden games and play on the trampoline, while the sunny terrace offers space for sunbathing and barbecues. Our names are Louise and Jeppe. We live in Copenhagen with our two children. When we bought the summer house in 2018, our dream was to combine city life with the peace and quiet close to the forest and beach. All four of us love being in the cottage. Here we take time off, enjoy the silence and do different activities together, while we also like to invite family and friends. We've spent a lot of time and energy renovating the cottage and creating a homely atmosphere with our own personal decor.
We use the area extensively for walking, running and cycling as there are many beautiful routes. We also enjoy swimming at our favorite beach overlooking Sejerö Bay, playing mini-golf or eating out at one of the lovely local eateries. At the beach café Havaje in Gudmindrup we eat good burgers, while Lillero at Høve Strand is also a particularly nice place. When we're here, we also like to visit the locals and buy vegetables or pick strawberries.
