I have lived in Hou for 25 years and am still in love with this special place by the sea. After a busy working life, I now enjoy sharing my house/summer house with others when I am away traveling. My heart beats especially for the sea view and the crystal-clear bathing water, which I hope you will also enjoy. The two covered terraces with heat lamps provide ample opportunity to enjoy the sea view all year round and all day long, almost regardless of the weather. The house is an architect-designed year-round house with underfloor heating throughout and a biofireplace, built in 2020. Cozy and comfortable with plenty of hot water :-) in the shower and space in the house.
