The carpentered, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a convivial evening of cooking. The ceilings, which are up to four meters high, and the many windows create a particularly beautiful flair and an open living feeling.

From the bench seat, the panoramic window offers a view over the vast meadows. You also feel close to nature from the loggia: the treetops and birdsong create a real tree house feeling.

If you want to explore the surrounding area, you can set off on walks and jogs directly from the house. The Bavarian Sea, Lake Chiemsee, is just three kilometers away via the fields and forests.
