The flat on the upper floor of this minimalist-style architect-designed house has a stylish character, underscored by its partly classic, partly modern design furnishings. For example, the Danish Gunni Omann sideboard in the living room complements the dining table crafted from oak planks salvaged from an old bridge. The custom-built, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a convivial evening of cooking. The ceilings, which are up to four metres high, and the many windows create a particularly beautiful atmosphere and a sense of open space. From the bench, the panoramic window offers a view across the vast meadows. You’ll also feel close to nature from the loggia: amid the treetops and the chirping of birds, you’ll experience a real treehouse vibe.

If you’d like to explore the surrounding area, you can set out on walks or jogs right from the house. Through the fields and forests, you’ll reach the “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, after just three kilometres.
