The outdoor area has three outdoor seating areas. Follow the sun from east to south – with a coffee in the morning at sunrise on the east side, a book in the afternoon on the south side, and a glass of wine at sunset on the west side.
If you are looking for culture and adventure, the cities of Berlin and Potsdam are only about 30 minutes away by car. Public transportation is also within walking distance of the house and will take you to the metropolitan area at least as quickly as by car.

Anette and Bernd are your hosts in our sustainably built vacation home, located within walking distance of the wonderfully idyllic, very clean, and still very unspoiled Havel River. They have been working here as freelancers for many years, welcoming guests to spend their vacations. They both love the Havelland region with its natural and almost untouched landscape and varied activities: hiking, biking, paddling, and sailing. Despite feeling secluded, the location is within easy reach of Berlin, Potsdam, and Brandenburg an der Havel.

The vacation home is located in Paretz on a street with very little traffic. The peace and quiet are wonderful, with only cranes and birds flying overhead and fields in front of and behind the house. A great area.
The vacation home is tastefully furnished and was pleasantly cool on the warm and hot days. There are three nice little seating areas outside in front of and next to the house. We felt very comfortable.
