We are a family with a connection to the historic outport of Loshavn. Here we really find our resting pulse, far away from everyday life. The cabin's natural materials, bright rooms and beautiful architectural qualities are some of the things we appreciate the most, along with a good view of the sea and the moors just outside. Our family enjoys being at the cabin all year round, and we have everything we need to enjoy both lazy summer days together, or a good book or board game in front of the fireplace on chilly evenings when the fall storms are raging outside. We use the area around the cottage a lot, where both the nearby beaches and coastal paths invite for walks, beach life and adventure. Hiking over the moors offers panoramic views, and a family favorite is the long, inviting sandy beaches in the immediate area. From the cottage it is a short distance to Farsund town, which offers a pleasant small town life with restaurants, niche shops and cultural offerings. There is a Frisbee golf course and a 9-hole golf course nearby.
