Villa on the beach at Île-aux-Moines

The house has five bedrooms spread over three floors, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor, one bedroom with a sea view avoids the stairs. The large master suite on the top floor offers panoramic views on three sides. The living room opens onto the terrace, with a fireplace and a Pleyel piano facing the sea. The kitchen under the veranda overlooks the garden.

The 1,200 m² landscaped garden is fully enclosed and shaded by century-old pine trees and fruit trees. In the basement, a games room can accommodate five additional guests. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses and rentals of catamarans, paddleboards, and kayaks.

A 10-minute walk away, you will find the village market and all the shops. Enjoy oysters at the oyster farms or savor a lobster menu at the San Francisco restaurant. Walk along the coastal path that circles the island or explore the dolmens and menhirs by bike.
