We are a family of 5, with 3 children aged between 5-10 years, a cat and a dog. Our cabin dream became a reality when we decided that we wanted to create lots of great memories and hiking experiences with our children, extended family and friends. We chose Blefjell as it is incredibly beautiful with lots to do in both summer and winter, but at the same time very close to home. Only 2 hours from Oslo, 1 hour from Drammen and 1.5 hours from Asker.
When we are at the cabin, we take plenty of time for both cooking and cuddling with a fireplace, hammock, cross-country skiing with trails right outside the cabin, stargazing, alpine skiing, sledding, cycling, hiking, canoeing, sauna and fishing (canoe and sauna are free at Vatnebrynsvatnet, Contact Frivillighetssentralen at Lampeland for free rental.
