The three separate apartments in the house combine rustic charm with modern comfort. Experience the authentic character through old beams, brick and fieldstone masonry as well as the cozy adobe walls and wooden floors. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms - perfect for intergenerational get-togethers or a time-out with friends.
Each apartment opens onto its own wooden terrace, which leads into the lovingly landscaped garden. Here you can relax and unwind, surrounded by the vastness and tranquillity of nature that surrounds the property.
Activities in the surrounding area range from walks and hikes through forests and meadows, swimming in the nearby lakes to excursions to Märkische Schweiz and the Spreewald. Discover the beauty of the region and be enchanted by the numerous nature parks.

- Discover the historical treasures of the converted farm worker's house
- Enjoy the view from the terraces surrounded by wild nature
- Explore the forest and lake landscape of the Scharmützelsee region
Hello, we are Claudia and Wolfgang, the happy owners of this historic treasure. We have been in love with the landscape around Lake Scharmützelsee for over thirty years. When we discovered the farm worker's house, which was a ruin at the time, we were immediately smitten. Our aim was to transform this special place into a retreat of peace and beauty. The clay walls and wooden floors create a natural and healthy indoor climate.
We hope that you will feel as comfortable here as we do.
