You will stay in a light-filled designer house measuring almost 240 square meters, which combines contemporary art, Danish design, and thoughtful comfort. Four bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds and three bathrooms offer space for up to eight people.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace and a custom-made kitchen. The red library invites you to read, while upstairs there is another living area with a smart TV for relaxing. Vintage furniture and works by artists such as Ai Weiwei characterize the atmosphere.

The property extends from the house to the dike and includes a south-facing terrace, a lawn with a covered beach chair, and a deck in the dunes. Behind the dike lies Flade Sø, perfect for windsurfing and SUP. The large beach dune takes you to the kilometer-long beach in just a few steps. Directly adjacent to the house is a loft, which is also located on the property but offers sufficient privacy.

Agger is located directly between the North Sea, a freshwater lake, and Thy National Park—a quiet coastal landscape with dunes, forests, and open meadows.
