This farmhouse, consisting of two independent units for exclusive use, offers you an authentic experience among centuries-old olive trees. You wake up to views of the Tower of Pisa and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Energy comes from the sun, water from a mountain spring, and olive oil from your trees. Bake pizzas in the 200-year-old outdoor wood-fired oven.

The interiors were designed by local designer Emanuela Vicario, who painted unique murals in each room. The tables and kitchens are handmade by craftsman Roberto Pelegrini, with marble tops carved by local artisans. Every detail tells a story of Italian craftsmanship.

Terraced olive groves surround the houses and produce organic extra virgin olive oil. Hiking trails start from your doorstep and wind through wooded hills with ancient monuments and spectacular views. The parking lot is reached via a road that winds through the olive trees.

Pisa and Lucca are just 20 minutes away, Florence an hour. Walk to the Villa Poschi restaurant or drive 5 minutes to Tavolaccia for the best pizzas. The thermal baths of San Giuliano Terme are 10 minutes away. The sandy beaches of Pietrasanta and Viareggio await you 30-40 minutes away by car.
