Sea views and heated pool on the Gotland coast

This is a cottage on Gotland with ocean views from every room, direct access to two patios, a private heated pool, and a separate guest house on the property. The beach is 300 meters away.

Inside, there is a living room with a kitchen and a fireplace. The outdoor kitchen with a grill allows you to cook outside. The master bedroom has two 80-cm beds, and the other two bedrooms have built-in bunk beds that are 120 cm and 80 cm wide. There is one bathroom and one toilet in the house.

Next to the main house is the guest house, which has its own terrace, two 80-cm beds, and a sofa bed. It has no electricity but offers a small private space. The private pool is 7x3.5 meters and heated. Near the house, there are nature trails around the cave and the mill, as well as landscaped salmon ladders leading down to the sea.

Heading north along the coast, you’ll reach the Nyhamn fishing camp, about 3 km away, and heading south along the trail, you’ll find the Krusmyntagården café, restaurant, and shop. The Salthamn area, directly south of the house, is under development, and the factory there features a café and a home decor shop. You can also book wine tastings and outdoor cooking experiences there.
