The house's cozy wood-burning stove invites good conversations and fellowship. The living room also has plenty of seating and is decorated in warm, calm colors. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub where you can enjoy a nice, hot bath and relax.

The house's garden and terrace are something special. The secluded terrace allows you to get up close to the fields and grazing animals. Here you can watch the sunset, follow the rich birdlife and hear the frogs croaking as they breed. The garden offers everything from an atmospheric fire pit, cozy hammock and various outdoor games to a glass-enclosed terrace, perfect for those windy but sunny days.

The area around Helnæs Made is scenic and invites you for many bike rides and walks. If you turn right at the meadow area, you will reach the beach with clear water and clean sandy bottom.

Helnæs has a small ice house, a campsite, Helnæs Inn and, not least, the beautifully restored Helnæs Mill. A few kilometers from Helnæs you will find good places to eat with different cuisines. If you want a bit of diversity and culture, you can visit local galleries or listen to music at the Helnæs Culture and Music Association in the old vicarage.
