On the beautiful and unique north coast of Zealand, this lovely holiday home is located on an enclosed plot surrounded by a beautiful garden that has been allowed to grow wild in some places. There's plenty of space for the family to feel at home in the light decor, while four-legged friends are also welcome.
The family room is the natural gathering point of the house. It's personal and cozy with a variety of retro furniture in beautiful colors. Sit down in the bamboo chair or the red sofa and enjoy the natural light or prepare dinner in the open kitchen. Our names are Bodil and Thomas and this is our lovely cottage. The first thing we do when we come up here is always to go for a bike ride on Heatherhill and enjoy a dip in the sea before returning to the cottage. Only then have we truly arrived. Since we bought the house, we've renovated and added on to it and have done our best to stay true to the era the cottage was built in.
We love the coziness of the house and sitting on the sheltered terrace, listening to the birdsong and the rustling of the bushes when the squirrels are on the move. We also get frequent visits from curious deer. When we want to experience the buzzing summer atmosphere, we head to Tisvildeleje and visit the great cafés, restaurants and flea markets.
